[00:01:03] So I have kind of an interesting history with It's A Wonderful Life. I remember they show it, they show it, I can't say the past tense, they showed it a lot when I was a kid around Christmas time.
[00:01:18] And so like, my mom and I would watch it every year. But this was my first time actually watching it because I was really little and I would fall asleep after like 10-15 minutes into the film.
[00:01:39] And so I never actually watched it. I remember the very beginning.
[00:01:48] And so that part's nostalgic to me with the very interesting way it shows the angels talking.
[00:01:58] I remember the kid falling through ice. I remember the other kid getting slapped in the ear.
[00:02:05] And that's about all I remembered from when I was a kid.
[00:02:10] But, yeah, so I know it's always been considered like one of the greatest movies of all time.
[00:02:17] And I was just like, okay, yeah, it's Jimmy Stewart. I don't doubt that.
[00:02:23] He's one of my favorite actors of all time. So, yeah.
[00:02:30] And so like, I knew like the basic premise of It's A Wonderful Life where like he was really depressed, going to throw himself off a bridge.
[00:02:40] And then Angel comes down and was like, hey, I'm going to show you what things would have been like had you not been born.
[00:02:47] And I thought that's what the whole movie was about.
[00:02:50] I thought like you'll get a few scenes of him having a really crappy life.
[00:02:56] And then he goes to jump off.
[00:02:58] And then the whole movie would be him seeing what his life would have been like without people.
[00:03:04] And then at the end he's like, hey, you know what? I want to live.
[00:03:08] But actually, no.
[00:03:11] I almost feel like it's a spoiler to say that this happens.
[00:03:18] It's always been described as this is what the film's about.
[00:03:22] But it doesn't happen until the end.
[00:03:24] Like the whole movie just shows his life.
[00:03:30] Well, not like his whole life beginning to end.
[00:03:32] But like he's like well loved in his community.
[00:03:36] And he's like owns this business.
[00:03:41] And he's like selling property and land to people.
[00:03:49] Homes and all of that.
[00:03:51] Real estate.
[00:03:52] And he's keeping it from...
[00:03:56] He's the only thing standing in the way of this guy named Mr. Potter.
[00:04:00] Who's played by Lionel Barrymore.
[00:04:04] And...

[00:04:06] Jimmy Stewart's character wasn't there.
[00:04:09] Then he would just take over the whole town.
[00:04:12] And so like...
[00:04:13] The whole town just like loves this guy.
